We take anything back if you are within the 30-day time period. Returns can be made to our Richmond offices via mail. Contact sale@blacksheeporganics.com for return instructions before shipping. Kindly note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and we can only refund what was paid directly to us.

Lot number and/or the expiration date can be found on the label of each product of Black Sheep Organics. The best by date is two years from the manufacturing.

All our shampoos, toothpaste, ear washes and sprays are made in GMP(Good Manufacturing Practice) compliant facilities in British Columbia, Canada.

All of our shampoos can be used either directly from the bottle or by diluting them. For grooming shop use, we recommend a dilution rate of anywhere between 15:1 to 30:1, depending on the lather you would like to achieve and the ease with which it spreads on the coat.

When making natural liquid soap, the resulting product is a liquid with a viscosity similar to water. Thickeners are then added to make it easier to dispense and use. Our shampoo is of a medium thickness which pours and dispenses well without being too runny.

Answer ConSome people associate the amount of lather with the cleansing power of shampoo. In fact, it is not always the case. Our shampoo avoids adding excessive chemicals to make it lather a lot, as it might overdry your dog's skin. It cleans the coat well and rinses easily like it was never there but with a faint scent from EOs after each wash.tent

Ease the discomfort from foul odour and overly hydrated dog skin with a refreshing crisp forest air smell. This is not designed as a bug spray yet contains essential oils like cedarwood, lemongrass, eucalyptus and mint that are naturally insect repellent. This formula is with no artificial fragrance, plant-based and paraben free. Use it as a deodorizing cologne for dogs and soothe itchy dog skin from outdoor activities.

Cats and dogs react very differently to certain ingredients. The toothpaste is intended to be used on dogs only.

Any direct contact with essential oils should be avoided for your dogs as they are powerful and highly concentrated. Our formulas are made with a carefully calculated precise percentage of EOs. For example, the toothpaste formula is formed based on the historical use of the ingredients and the accurate concentration of coconut oil and peppermint oil.
