We offer on free shipping in some region with orders over a certain amount. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We can only refund what is directly paid to us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your ordered product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

International Shipping

Duties and Tax(if applicable)

For international orders, the importer (i.e., customer) is responsible for taxes or duties on the shipment and will need to pay them before you can receive their order. 

If additional paper work is required, we will assist you in providing required forms at a case by case base. We do not guaranteed on successful delivery as it is handled by third party.
